Benjamin Giørtz

Grammy-nominated producer and songwriter Benjamin Giørtz was dragged into the music scene at an early age through the rise of his high school band “Kid Astray”. With a string of impressive indie hits, the group toured extensively across Europe and Asia, earning significant airplay in the U.S. and beyond.

As the driving force behind Kid Astray, Giørtz’s talent quickly caught the attention of the industry, paving the way for collaborations with prominent artists such as John Mayer, Zedd, Betty Who, Chris Holsten, Tiesto, Alan Walker, LOVA, and many others. He secured “Track of the Year” at 2021’s P3 Gull with “Smilet i ditt eget speil” performed by Chris Holsten.

In 2024, Giørtz celebrated a significant career milestone as a producer on Zedd's Grammy-nominated album, Telos, for which he produced the track "Automatic Yes," performed by John Mayer.
